The soap printer is a core forming and embossing device in the soap production line. It is mainly matched with soap extruders, mixers and soap cutters, and is applicable for precise forming and surface embossing of various soaps including laundry soap, transparent soap, bath soap and handmade soap.

The soap printer must be operated with a chiller as supporting equipment. The two devices work in synergy and serve as a critical combined system to ensure qualified soap embossing performance and flawless product appearance. Soap billets are oil-based mixtures with inherent viscosity and flexibility. During high-speed embossing at room temperature, defects such as mold sticking, deformation, blurry patterns, edge collapse and difficult demolding frequently occur, seriously reducing product qualification rate and production efficiency.
As the dedicated cooling auxiliary device for the soap printer, the chiller provides continuous and stable low-temperature water circulation to cool the printer molds. It keeps the mold surface at a constant low temperature during continuous embossing operations. The low-temperature environment instantly sets the surface layer of the soap billet in contact with the mold, rapidly solidifying soap patterns, logos and outlines, effectively increasing the hardness of soap billets and eliminating surface viscosity.
