Common Operational Issues & Solutions of Twin Vacuum Soap Extruder

1. Soap Quality Problems

Bubbles and cavities on soap bars

Insufficient vacuum degree, air mixed in feeding, drastic material temperature fluctuation. Check seals, stabilize negative pressure above -0.095MPa, maintain steady feeding and temperature control.

Cracking, breaking and deformation of soap bars

Abnormal discharging temperature, unbalanced screw speed, mismatched soap material hardness. Adjust heating temperature, match variable frequency speed and adapt raw material formula.

Color mixing and blurred patterns of two-tone soap

Deviated proportion accuracy, unstable discharging pressure. Calibrate feeding ratio and stabilize cavity discharging pressure.
