The client is one of the leading local FMCG manufacturers in Southwest Nigeria, focusing on household cleaning product supply for local markets and West African surrounding countries. Before the new plant upgrade, the customer adopted traditional batch-type soap production equipment, which had many bottlenecks restricting large-scale profit growth.
Poor adaptability to local formulas: Local raw materials contain many impurities, and traditional equipment cannot well disperse inorganic fillers, resulting in easy cracking and poor surface smoothness of finished soap bars

Severe equipment wear: Abrasive soap mass causes quick wear of refiner and plodder parts, frequent shutdown maintenance, and high after-sales cost.

Core Equipment Configuration

Continuous saponification system: Stable reaction, high saponification rate, reduce raw material waste, adapt to local palm oil formula.

 

Vacuum cooling and drying unit: Effectively remove moisture, ensure compact soap texture and avoid cracking.

Special filler dispersion mixing unit: Solve uneven mixing of calcium carbonate and inorganic fillers, greatly improve finished soap smoothness and uniformity.
